Job Description:
We are seeking a Microsoft Viva Glint SME to lead the end to end design deployment and optimization of our employee engagement program
This role owns Glint survey strategy and operations partners with HR and business leaders on insights and action planning and ensures data governance integrations and adoption across the enterprise.
Key Responsibilities:
Program Strategy Governance:
Establish governance for survey cadence eligibility rules anonymity thresholds confidentiality and data access
Create Glint program playbooks standards and SLAs manage stakeholder communications and change plans Survey Design Operations Viva Glint: Configure Glint programs audiences schedules notifications question libraries translations and manager dashboards
Partner with People Analytics to craft valid reliable items and benchmarks leverage Glints engagement and inclusion indices where appropriate
Run survey cycles endtoend targeting launch readiness monitoring response rates and closing windows on schedule
Maintain the GlintEntra ID Azure AD group mapping and HRIS feeds to ensure accurate hierarchy manager rollups Data Integrations Tooling: Own integrations across HRIS Workday SuccessFactors Oracle HCM Entra ID Power BI Microsoft 365 and ticketing OKR tools
Manage data pipelines eligibility demographics hierarchies encryption keys and retention policies partner with security on DLPPII safeguards
Build Power BIGlint dashboards for HR executives and managers automate distribution and access control Insights Enablement Action Planning: Deliver executiveready insights heatmaps key drivers driver analysis cohort deepdives and longitudinal trends
Facilitate manager enablement training nudges actionplanning workshops and track followthrough on commitments
Partner with HRBPs and COEs to connect insights to interventions leadership development recognition DI wellbeing
Stand up closedloop mechanisms eg postaction pulses to measure impact and ROI Change Management Adoption: Create communications learning journeys and Champions Coach networks to boost participation and quality of actions
Provide whiteglove support to execs and people leaders during survey windows and readouts
Continuously improve UX response rates and manager usage of Glint dashboards Operations Excellence: Administer licenses environmentstenants rolespermissions and release management
Maintain a runbook for incidents access issues sync failures hierarchy mismatches and lead rootcause analysis
Track vendor roadmap evaluate new GlintViva features and pilot where beneficial
The base compensation range for this role in the posted location is: $106230 to $145000/Yearly
Capgemini provides compensation range information in accordance with applicable national, state, provincial, and local pay transparency laws. The base compensation range listed for this position reflects the minimum and maximum target compensation Capgemini, in good faith, believes it may pay for the role at the time of this posting. The actual compensation offered to any candidate may fall outside of the posted range and will be determined based on multiple factors legally permitted in the applicable jurisdiction.

It is not typical for candidates to be hired at or near the top of the posted compensation range.
In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for additional compensation such as variable incentives, bonuses, or commissions, depending on the position and applicable laws.
