Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join our dynamic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess Epic experience and demonstrate a commitment to providing exceptional patient care. This is a full-time role requiring flexibility to float to different units as needed.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care and manage the nursing process for assigned patients.
• Administer medications and treatments as ordered, while ensuring adherence to safety standards.
• Collaborate with healthcare team members to optimize patient outcomes.
• Document patient assessments, plans, interventions, and evaluations accurately in our Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.
• Maintain a safe and clean environment while upholding hospital policies and standards.

Qualifications:

• Current state nursing license (pending licenses will be considered).
• Minimum of [specific years of experience] in a nursing role.
• Proficiency in using Electronic Medical Records (EMR), specifically Epic.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and float to various units as needed.

Work Schedule:

• This is a full-time position requiring night shifts (12 PM - 12:30 AM).
