What We’re Looking For:

• Licensed Occupational Therapist in New Jersey.
• Degree from an accredited Occupational Therapy program.
• CPR certification (preferred).
• Experience in home care, Part A or B, or outpatient.
• Reliable transportation.
• A compassionate, patient-centered mindset and strong communication skills.
• Familiarity with electronic health record systems (e.g., WebPT or Hello Note).
• New Graduates are welcome to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and treat patients with physical disabilities, injuries, or functional limitations.
• Develop and implement individualized physical therapy care plans.
• Provide therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, gait training, and neuromuscular re-education.
• Deliver orthopedic, post-surgical, and neurological rehabilitation services.
• Educate patients and caregivers on home exercise programs and safe mobility practices.
• Maintain documentation in electronic medical records in accordance with Medicare and CMS regulations.
• Assist with fall prevention, balance training, and pain management strategies.

While Stern at Home Therapy has become a treasure trove of white gloved care, the entire spectrum of geriatric health remains available for our patients to this very day.
