Position Title: Business Development Intern

Duties & Responsibilities:

• Build and develop relationships with prospective clients

• Maintain strong connections with existing customers

• Deliver exceptional customer support and service

• Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions

• Stay informed about current products, services, and industry updates

• Resolve client concerns and conduct follow-ups as needed

• Anticipate customer needs and provide proactive support

• Meet with clients to discuss business needs and present recommendations

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills

• Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities

• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently

• Highly organized and detail-oriented

• Proficient in Microsoft Office and database management tools

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus

• Knowledge of business or payment processing industries preferred

• Professional, confident, and approachable attitude
