Managing Attorney POST NUMBER: 461527
- Manage a full caseload from initial consultation through final document execution, ensuring a seamless and positive client experience.
- Develop, draft, and review customized estate plans—including both basic and advanced strategies—tailored to each client’s unique needs.
- Conduct client meetings, actively listen to concerns, and guide clients through the estate planning process with clarity, confidence, and professionalism.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with financial advisors, wealth managers, accountants, and other external professionals to support firm growth and collaboration.
- 7 years experience in estate planning, asset protection, and trust administration
- J.D. degree from an accredited law school
- Active TN Bar License or ability to obtain it as soon as possible upon hire
- Master of Laws degree highly preferred
- Experience with advanced tax strategies such as SLATs, BDITs, and TISTs is required
- Strong relationship building skills, leadership experience, and process improvement skills
- WealthCounsel, WealthDocs experience highly preferred
Location: Brentwood, TN – open to relocation assistance for the right candidate
Pay: $175k depending on experience Determining compensation for this role (and others) at Vaco/Highspring depends upon a wide array of factors including but not limited to the individual’s skill sets, experience and training, licensure and certifications, office location and other geographic considerations, as well as other business and organizational needs. With that said, as required by local law in geographies that require salary range disclosure, Vaco/Highspring notes the salary range for the role is noted in this job posting. The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company’s 401(k) retirement plan.
