Schedule: 40 hours/week (M-F 8:00AM-5:00PM)

What You'll Do:

• Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on medium- and high-voltage electrical systems, including substations, switchgears, circuit breakers, transformers, VFDs, and motor starters.
• Execute high-voltage switching operations in accordance with established procedures and safety protocols.
• Support electrical infrastructure upgrades, system expansions, breaker replacements, and equipment commissioning activities.
• Diagnose equipment failures, perform root-cause analysis, and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and operations teams to ensure safe execution of maintenance activities.
• Adhere to NFPA 70E, OSHA, and company safety standards during all electrical work.

Job Requirements

What You'll Bring:

• Associate Degree in Electrical Technology.
• Minimum OSHA and NFPA training needed.
• 3+ years of experience working with high-voltage electrical systems.
• 3+ years of experience with high-voltage switching, LOTO procedures, and energized work practices.

What Sets You Apart:

• The ideal candidate is skilled in troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of medium- (480V and 208/120V) and high- (480V-13.2 kV) voltage equipment and is committed to maintaining strict safety and compliance standards.
• Strong understanding of electrical theory, power distribution, and protective systems.
• Ability to interpret electrical one-lines, schematics, and equipment manuals.
• Excellent troubleshooting skills and ability to work independently or in a team environment.
• Strong commitment to safety and procedural compliance.
