Skilled Project Manager

Arsenal Construction LLC is seeking an experienced and highly skilled Project Manager to lead construction projects from inception to completion.

We are a growing construction company based in Rochester, NY, working on a wide range of residential and commercial projects. This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated professional to manage diverse projects, ensure timely delivery, and maintain the highest standards of quality and safety.

Requirements:

• 8–10 years of experience in construction project management
• Strong background in general construction (residential and/or commercial projects)
• Proven ability to manage crews, subcontractors, and multiple projects simultaneously
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, plans, and contracts
• Strong organizational, leadership, and problem-solving skills
• Reliable, detail-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment

Responsibilities:

• Lead project planning, scheduling, and coordination from start to finish
• Oversee daily operations on job sites and ensure work is performed according to plans and specifications
• Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
• Monitor project progress and adjust schedules as needed
• Manage project budgets, control costs, and ensure projects stay on track
• Ensure compliance with all safety standards and construction regulations
• Maintain clear communication and documentation throughout all phases of the project
