The Opportunity

We’re entering an exciting new chapter of growth and innovation, and front-end development is at the heart of it. As our Front-End Software Developer, you will help reimagine the FoundersCard digital experience on mobile and web—our public-facing site, onboarding, benefits discovery, and member engagement. This is a high-impact role where you’ll lead end-to-end front-end implementation, collaborate closely with product and design, and drive experimentation across our platform. What We're Looking For

• Proven experience in a fast-paced development environment
• Self-motivated and comfortable owning major front-end projects
• Strong communicator—capable of explaining complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
• Proactive, resourceful problem-solver
• Confident in managing deadlines and working under pressure
• Willingness to assist other teams and jump into cross-functional work as needed
• Attention to detail with strong QA and debugging skills
• Professional and courteous team member with excellent interpersonal skills
• Independent with strong organizational and time-management skills

Core Technologies: You should have practical experience with the following tools and environments:

• HTML and CSS
• JavaScript
• At least 5 years of Ruby on Rails experience
• Git (please include a link to your public Git profile in your application)
• MySQL
• Linux
• Application of modern web standards and accessibility best practices
• RSpec (optional)
• React (optional)

$150,000 - $175,000 a year

This is a full-time role based in our Midtown, New York City office .
