Responsibilities:
- Prepare high-quality sushi and operate the wok station during service.
- Maintain food prep standards and cleanliness in all areas.
- Ensure timely and accurate execution of dishes during service.
Qualifications :
- Experience in sushi preparation and wok cooking.
- Strong knife skills and knowledge of Asian cuisine.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
