Dishwasher
Beatbox, a new karaoke bar in the West Village, is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our kitchen team as a part-time Dishwasher/Line Cook. We are a small kitchen and a small team, and are looking for people who can take ownership in the kitchen to help deliver a spectacular service.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain cleanliness of all dishware, cookware, and kitchen surfaces.
• Assist line cooks with food preparation and plating.
• Adhere to all food safety and sanitation standards.
• Support kitchen staff to ensure efficient and timely service.
Requirements:
• Prior kitchen or food service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong work ethic and a team-first attitude.
• Availability to work evenings and weekends.
• NYC Food Protection Certificate (Food Handler's License).
Compensation & Benefits:
• Competitive hourly wage, commensurate with experience.
