Compensation Range: $55-75/hr on W2 ONLY!!

Job Description:
Manage the planning and execution of 3D creative and construction projects, with a focus on trade show experiences, rendering initiatives, and emerging tech deliverables.

Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end execution of trade show and rendering projects (60/40 split)

• Manage cross-functional timelines across internal teams and external vendors (4 internal, 8 vendors)

• Coordinate production workflows between creative and construction streams

• Monitor project progress in tools like Workfront, ensuring timely deliverables

• Collaborate with AR/VR and rendering specialists to manage outputs

• Conduct project scheduling, milestone tracking, and stakeholder updates

• Ensure design intent aligns with booth construction feasibility

• Assist in internal communications, keeping teams aligned and focused

Requirements:

• Must-Haves:

  • 6–12 years of project management experience, ideally in 3D environments

  • Proven experience managing trade show or architectural build-outs

  • Strong organizational and stakeholder management skills

  • Familiarity with booth construction timelines and processes

  • Bachelor's degree required

  • Working knowledge of Workfront and Figma

  • Interest in 3D technologies and visual design workflows

  • Managing execution of trade show experiences, rendering initiatives, as well as other AR/VR projects

  • Ability to multitask and manage 15 concurrent projects

• Nice-to-Haves:

  • Background in architecture or design environments

  • Familiarity with CAD tools like SketchUp, Rhino (no hands-on use needed)

  • Understanding of rendering software/file types

  • Experience with agency or manufacturing clients

  • Knowledge of luxury real estate/homeowner design workflows
