Job DescriptionAssistant Brand ManagerPosition OverviewThe Assistant Brand Manager will support the Brand Manager in developing and executing brand strategies that drive growth and market presence. This role involves analyzing SKU performance, assisting in marketing campaigns, and contributing to the overall brand vision. This will be a 6-month (with potential to extend),40 hour per week contract role that will require 2 days onsite in the New York office. Key ResponsibilitiesSupport new product launches with concept, copy, product positioning, packaging, sample coordination, and go-to-market planningCollaborate with sales / retail teams to develop in-store and online promotions, and assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing campaignsCoordinate PR events, sample activations, and pop-upsTrack SKU performance, campaign performance, and assist with preparing a weekly + monthly reportQualifications3+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in skincare, beauty, or the CPG industryExperience with Sephora, Ulta, or other specialty beauty channelsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite is a plusA passion for skincare, and knowledge / interest in beauty trendsIf you can speak or read Korean, that is a huge plus but not a requirementIn this position, you may have access to client or customer systems, confidential and/or proprietary information or data.
