Southern Glazer’s offers a competitive compensation package with an hourly pay rate o f $27-29 / hou r. In determining a final offer, the company will evaluate a specific candidate's education, skills and experience and will make an offer appropriately.

Overview

Responsible for overseeing warehouse equipment operation and general facility maintenance. This position monitors performance and implements programs to improve operational metrics.

Hours: Monday-Thursday 11am-9:30pm

Primary Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance tasks on conveyors, automation, and other warehouse equipment
• Troubleshoot and resolve mechanical, plumbing, and/or electrical issues
• Perform minor building maintenance
• Ensure proper operation of battery charger racks
• Perform repairs as needed on all conveyors and bar code readers
• Schedule major repairs with outside vendors
• Maintain facility grounds including keeping sidewalks free from snow, ice, or other debris and replacing office and warehouse light bulbs
• Perform other related duties as assigned

Minimum Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalency plus 1 years of experience

Physical Demands

• Physical demands include a considerable amount of time walking, bending, reaching, standing, and stooping
• May require occasional lifting/lowering, pushing, carrying, or pulling up to 50lbs
