As a Hellomonday Coach, you will:
• Facilitate Outplacement and Career Transition Support Coaching to individuals impacted by restructures and redundancies (Career Coach)
• Be a trusted advisor and sounding board for participants through a sensitive period in their lives
• Use our platforms and tools to drive accountability, engagement, and measurable outcomes
• Maintain accurate documentation and session notes via our coaching portals
We’re looking for Coaches who are:
• Coaching Certified from a major coaching association or a Diploma in Career Development or Counselling (Essential)
• Experienced - minimum 2 years relevant experience and/or 200+ hours of coaching
• Skilled Communicators who bring empathy, curiosity, and challenge to every session
• Tech-Confident, ready to work seamlessly across our digital coaching platforms
• Growth-Oriented, continuously learning, sharing, and evolving their practice
• Culturally Aware, with a strong understanding of diversity and inclusion in leadership
