Foreman / Production Supervisor – Parthenon Framing (Medford, Long Island, NY)
Parthenon Framing, a well-established custom framing company based in Medford, Long Island, NY, is seeking a motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Foreman / Production Supervisor .
This is a key leadership opportunity for someone ready to take the next step in their career and help oversee daily operations in a fast-paced, quality-driven environment.
Qualifications:
- Prior picture framing experience preferred
- Candidates with woodworking experience or experience handling fine art will also be considered
- Proven ability to supervise and lead a team
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality craftsmanship
- Fluent in Spanish (required)
Responsibilities:
- Oversee workflow and daily production for a team of 20+ employees
- Ensure consistent quality control across all projects
- Manage and monitor inventory levels
- Support team development and maintain an efficient, organized workspace
