Breakfast Supervisor

NoHo Hospitality Group is seeking a Supervisor to join the team at Leuca .

Inspired by Southern Italy, Leuca is a neighborhood restaurant from Chef Andrew Carmellini’s NoHo Hospitality Group, serving house-made pastas, wood-fired pizzas, and rustic, seasonally driven dishes in a bright corner space in Williamsburg.

This is a floor-based leadership role and an excellent opportunity for a hospitality professional looking to grow into management. The Supervisor is a key ambassador of our service culture—supporting the team in real time, elevating the guest experience, and helping ensure each service runs smoothly, warmly, and with intention.

Who you are

Passionate about hospitality and guest experience

Experienced in fine dining and/or a luxury hotel environment

A confident, clear communicator

A strong presence on the floor—able to lead by example

A people-first manager who leads with empathy and accountability

What you’ll do

Duties include, but are not limited to

Foster positive guest and employee relationships, ensuring consistent satisfaction and service excellence

Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly, remaining composed and welcoming in a fast-paced environment

Serve as an ambassador of hospitality across all services, ensuring every guest—whether arriving in person or calling to make a reservation—feels genuinely welcomed

When possible, recognize and address guests by surname and use appropriate salutations in person and over the phone

Promote a cooperative and respectful team environment that supports morale, productivity, and growth

Supervise service across all meal periods and help ensure smooth execution from start to finish

Support the leadership team in supervising and guiding all Food & Beverage employees
