Commercial Hardware Warehouse Assistant
POSITION: Commercial Hardware Warehouse/Office Associate
COMPENSATION: $22-24/hourDEPARTMENT: Commercial Hardware
REPORTS TO: Commercial Hardware Manager
BUSINESS HOURS: M-F, 7:00am- 4:00pm (Daily Hours Flexible) Overtime as needed.
SUMMARY: The Commercial Hardware Assistant will work with the Commercial Hardware team to facilitate and complete hardware orders in a specific and timely manner.COMPETENCIES:

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
- Check Orders from Vendors
- Review Delivery Schedules
- Receive Incoming Hardware and other Commercial Products
- Use Warehouse Maintenance System for daily tasks
- Work Closely with Excel Spreadsheets
- Coordinate Project Details
- Structure Projects for Department
- Collaborating work to Delivery Schedules
- Coordinate Customer Care
- Work closely with Pull Sheets and Orders
- Retrieve information electronically from online portals.
- Physically Assemble Orders by Part and Project
- Fill out and Print Labels
- Work with Warehouse personnel as support role, as needed.
- Prepare hardware for transportation and delivery.
- Organize and keep warehouse space tidy and clean.
- Organize all incoming inventory.
- Conduct inventory count regularly.
- Assist with periodic Residential Keying Efforts.

- Computer and technology skills appropriate with business administration (smart phone, MS Office products and basic computer operations.)
- Math and analytical skills with a strong systems and processes orientation.
- High School Diploma
- Must be able to lift to 50lbs.
- Must be able to stand and sit for long periods of time.
MINIMUM EXPERIENCE:
- 1+ Year Microsoft Office
- High School Diploma
SUPERVISORY FUNCTIONS AND SKILLS:
- Supervisory skills – including, but not limited to, basic math, decision making, corrective action, and reasoning skills that are effective and productive in a business environment.
WORKING CONDITIONS:
- Combination of Admin/Office work as well as physical moving and packing hardware materials.
