Grovehouse Guest Relation Coordinator

The Grovehouse Guest Relation Coordinator role is to centralize and elevate guest communication across all Grovehouse restaurants, ensuring a consistent standard of hospitality, service, and care. Lilia, Misi, and MISIPASTA operates as a hospitality group — connected by shared values, aligned service standards, and seamless communication.

The position will serve as the centralized point of contact for all guest relations, pre- and post-dining communications, and cross-restaurant coordination, allowing each team to deliver a unified, elevated guest experience. Beyond internal systems, this role will focus on strengthening Grovehouse’s connection to the local community.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with Grovehouse leadership to maintain relationships with key guests, concierges, and community partners.
• Optimize Lilia, Misi, Misipasta Resy books to maximize cover count goals by managing floor plan, slots, and pacing
  • Receive and respond to all requests from Grovehouse reservation inquiries via email
• Communicate proactively with guests for both pre & post arrival experience to ensure guest satisfaction
• Develop and implement consistent reservation SOP’s across Grovehouse (daily book management by host teams - confirmations, opening slots, info@email address)
• Develop and maintain detailed guest preference profiles to enhance repeat engagement, strengthen loyalty, and anticipate needs. Ensure all guest information is accurate, shared, and accessible to the appropriate teams
• Train door teams on Grovehouse’s approach to hospitality, guest communication standards, tone, and service expectation
• Provide ongoing support and coaching of team members in conflict resolution, upselling, and proactive hospitality through service presence. Empower teams to create meaningful guest moments while maintaining operational excellence
• Oversee guest feedback through online reviews, emails, or dine in experiences, and direct recoveries to managers as necessary
• Send comprehensive weekly reporting email to Grovehouse and Lilia/Misi management teams following format guidance

Skills, and Abilities Requirements

• Thorough understanding of the optimum book at both Lilia and Misi and Misipasta
• Highly developed analytical skills
• Communicates with poise, empathy, and professionalism
• Proficiency of Resy and ResyOS
• Ability to collaborate effectively with Grovehouse leadership
• Excellent organizational & time management skills
