Who we’re looking for:

NIGHT AUDITOR / GUEST SERVICES AGENT

We’re about the friendliest company you’ll ever come across—and we need someone to be the face of this as soon as a guest steps into our hotel. Are you happy, outgoing and wear a perma-smile? Then this could be the job for you. In addition to generally spreading joy, you’ll be ensuring guests are receiving great customer service from the time they exit their cab to entering their room and everything in between. As Night Auditor, you are responsible for maintaining our lofty guest standards overnight and ensuring the property is safe and secure as well.

What to expect:

Here are a few things that will make your days full and rewarding:

1. Completing front desk duties including check-ins/outs, room scheduling, room moves, late checkouts, stay-overs and other requests from guests.
2. Assist arriving and departing guests with their luggage to and from guest rooms.
3. Act as a point of reference for guests that require assistance or information and attend to their wishes and requirements. This includes their transportation needs.
4. Acquiring and sharing knowledge of the hotel as well as the surrounding areas, venues and attractions.
5. Completing group pre-registrations and blocking room reservations, as well as pre-registering VIPs.
6. Maintaining knowledge of current hotel rates, sales strategies, current special rates and types and locations of available rooms.
7. Balancing paperwork, cash drawer, deposits, reconciling credit cards and submitting batches.

Your experience and qualifications:

1. Associates degree or equivalent from a two-year College or Technical School; or six months to one year related experience and/or training.
2. Working knowledge of Microsoft Windows and Office.
3. Ability to effectively interact with all hotel guests and team members in a polite and positive manner.
4. Ability to quickly assess situations and create effective resolutions to problems.
5. Possess a passion to provide excellent customer service.

Pay: $26.78 - $27.80 per hour

Status: Full Time
