Laborers
We are looking for dependable Construction Laborers to support various trades on active commercial job sites. This is a hands-on role that involves physical work, assisting skilled tradespeople, and maintaining site organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Load and unload materials and equipment
- Assist carpenters, operators, and other trades
- Clean and prepare job sites
- Dig trenches, backfill, and compact materials
- Set up and take down temporary structures
- Follow instructions from supervisors
- Maintain safety standards at all times
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Ability to perform physically demanding work
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Basic knowledge of construction tools and equipment
- Strong work ethic and reliability
- Ability to work outdoors in all conditions
Preferred Skills
- Previous construction experience
- OSHA 10 certification
- Experience with concrete work or site prep
