Role Description
This is a full-time/part-time, on-site role for a Front Office Assistant / General Healthcare Office Assistant located in Newburgh, NY. The Front Office Assistant will be responsible for greeting clients, managing appointment scheduling, answering and directing phone calls, and providing administrative support to ensure smooth daily operations. Additional duties include handling clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining an organized work environment, while delivering outstanding customer service.
