Lawyers on Demand (LOD), a Consilio company , is partnering with a dynamic global financial services corporation to recruit an Employment Attorney. This is a full-time, hybrid contract opportunity.

Position Details

• Start Date: ASAP
• Duration: indefinite
• Hours: 40/week
• Location: Hybrid - NYC
• Compensation: $110/hr

Responsibilities

• Advise HR and business leaders on U.S. and global employment law matters, including compliance, employee benefits, accommodations and leave, compensation, restrictive covenants, workforce restructurings, and diversity initiatives.
• Counsel Employee Relations and HR teams on sensitive employment issues, including discipline, terminations, workplace investigations, and disability, leave, and accommodation matters, to mitigate legal and reputational risk.
• Draft, review, and update employment policies, practices, and related documentation.
• Manage employment disputes, including attorney demand letters, administrative charges, and litigation before courts, arbitration panels, and government agencies.
• License to practice law in any US jurisdiction, active and in good standing, is required
