Team Leader - Cleaning Services

Position Summary

K&N Cleaning Service is seeking a reliable and motivated Team Leader to supervise on-site cleaning teams and ensure that all services meet our company’s quality standards.

The Team Leader will act as the primary point of contact between team members and management during daily operations, ensuring jobs are completed efficiently and professionally.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise cleaning team members during scheduled jobs
• Assign and rotate tasks to ensure efficiency and fairness
• Perform and assist with cleaning duties as needed
• Inspect completed work for quality and consistency
• Communicate updates, issues, damages, or concerns to management
• Support and guide team members, including training new hires
• Ensure safety procedures, dress code, and professional conduct are followed

Daily Expectations

• Arrive on time and prepared for each shift
• Ensure supplies and equipment are stocked and ready
• Drive company vehicle or personal vehicle to transport team members to job sites when required
• Monitor job progress and manage time effectively
• Conduct a final walkthrough before leaving each job site

Qualifications

• Previous cleaning experience preferred
• Leadership or supervisory experience strongly preferred
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• Must know how to drive and be comfortable operating a vehicle
• Must have reliable transportation
• Ability to perform physical cleaning tasks

Authority & Limitations

Team Leaders may not approve schedule changes, time off requests, pay adjustments, disciplinary actions, or service changes. These matters must be escalated to management.

Team Leaders are expected to lead by example, maintain a positive attitude, and represent K&N Cleaning Service with professionalism when interacting with clients and team members.

Pay: $21.00 - $23.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30.0 – 40.0 per week
