Manufacturing Supervisor

Job Summary
We are seeking a hands-on Maintenance Supervisor to lead a skilled team in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. In this role, you will play a key part in keeping production running efficiently by reducing downtime, improving equipment reliability, and driving preventive maintenance initiatives.
This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys leading from the floor, working alongside technicians, and making a direct impact on operations and team performance.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, coach, and support a team of maintenance technicians during daily operations
- Assign, prioritize, and track work orders using a CMMS system
- Ensure preventive maintenance is completed on time and properly documented
- Troubleshoot and support repairs on automated and PLC-controlled equipment
- Work hands-on with the team during breakdowns, rebuilds, and equipment improvements
- Develop technicians’ skills through training, guidance, and performance feedback
- Support hiring, onboarding, and ongoing team development
- Ensure compliance with safety, food safety, and quality standards
What We’re Looking For
- 5–7 years of maintenance experience in a manufacturing environment (food manufacturing preferred)
- Proven experience with CMMS systems and preventive maintenance programs
- Knowledge of HACCP, SQF, and plant safety standards
- Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills in a production setting
- Leadership experience supervising or supporting maintenance teams
- Comfortable using Microsoft Office and ERP systems
