Burberry Workplace Services Coordinator
• Serve as the primary point of contact with building management, coordinating maintenance requests and communicating updates to office staff.
• Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of office meetings, events, and employee gatherings.
• Process and track invoices for office operations, supplies, and retail-related expenses.
• Monitor office inventory levels and manage the ordering of office supplies, pantry items, and other workplace essentials.
• Ensure the office remains well-stocked, organized, and operational to support daily business needs. PERSONAL PROFILE • 2-3 years' experience working in an office facilities environment
• Results and detailed oriented
• Demonstrates a high level of integrity
• Excellent time management and organizational skills, including the ability to prioritize work effectively
• Strong relationship-building

However, base salary if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, discretionary bonuses, short and long-term incentive packages, and Company-sponsored benefit programs. • This position is at-will and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other discretionary payment or compensation program) at any time, including for reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.
