Note (please read before applying): We only hire one or two people at a time as we are going to build your schedule with a unique client base. We have successfully built a client base with all of our prior staff members and already have 7hrs of commercial job hours available Week 1. Must be willing/able to carry a provided professional backpack with cleaning supplies and use the subway system. Within the first 2-3 weeks our new hires have gotten to at least 20 hours a week for those looking for a part-time schedule. Looking for someone available Wednesday/Thursday - Sunday. Availability during the day time preferred.

What You’ll Do:

• Provide top-notch residential and commercial cleaning services (dusting, vacuuming, mopping, etc.)
• Ensure homes are sparkling clean and welcoming
• Follow client instructions and specific needs
• Work independently or as part of a team with great enthusiasm and attention to detail

Requirements:

• At least 1 year of professional house cleaning experience required
• Working smart phone with a data plan that can download the bookingkoala app
• Knowledge and ability to take trains without an advance needed
• Ability to communicate with client or staff in English (at least intermediate proficiency)
• Able to do all of Manhattan
