We're looking for a proactive and experienced Audio Partnerships Lead to drive the growth of our audio business. In this role, you'll be instrumental in developing, managing, and optimizing our partnerships across FOX News Media's audio verticals. You will work with key stakeholders across our internal teams and with external partners to expand our reach, increase engagement, and drive revenue.
This is a key position for a professional with 3-5 years of experience in the media or audio industry who is ready to take on a leadership role and own the full lifecycle of a partnership. You will be a primary point of contact for our most important relationships, responsible for strategy, execution, and reporting.
A SNAPSHOT OF YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partnership Strategy & Management: Develop and implement partnership strategies to expand our distribution and audience. You will identify and vet potential new partners, negotiate deal terms, and manage the day-to-day relationships to ensure successful collaborations.
Ad Sales & Monetization: Work closely with the ad sales team to create compelling sales materials and identify new commercial opportunities within our partnerships. You will track performance, analyze data, and provide regular reports to key stakeholders.
Creative & Content Collaboration: Serve as the liaison between our partners and our internal production and creative teams. You will collaborate on branded content, promotional campaigns, and new content initiatives that meet partner goals and align with our brand.
Project & Data Management: Oversee all aspects of partnership projects, ensuring all deliverables are met on time and on budget. You will maintain detailed records in a CRM, track key metrics, and generate performance reports to inform strategic decisions.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
3-5 years of experience in a partnerships, business development, or account management role, preferably within the audio, media, or digital content space.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to present information clearly and professionally to both internal and external audiences.
Strong analytical and quantitative skills, with a track record of using data to inform decisions and report on key metrics.
A resourceful, proactive mindset with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively with cross-functional teams.
