Proclinical is seeking a Meetings & Events Manager to support the planning and execution of key meetings and conventions. This role involves managing logistics, coordinating with stakeholders, and ensuring seamless delivery of events.
Primary Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have strong organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple priorities effectively.
Skills & Requirements:
- Strong event planning and project management skills.
- Ability to assess and recommend suitable options for meeting logistics.
- Proficiency in managing contracts and vendor relationships.
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
The Meetings & Events Manager responsibilities will be:
- Develop, communicate, and implement a comprehensive meetings and conventions plan tailored to key customer groups.
- Evaluate options for venues, floor space, accommodations, menus, AV requirements, and travel, providing recommendations to senior leadership.
- Oversee all logistics for assigned HCP Scientific Interactions, including sending invitations, tracking RSVPs, managing contracts, and handling registration.
- Ensure smooth execution of onsite meetings and manage post-event close-out processes.
Compensation:
- $40.00-$50.00 Per Hour
