Responsibilities

• Provide friendly, efficient customer service at the register and on the sales floor
• Operate POS systems to accurately process cash, credit, and mobile transactions
• Maintain store cleanliness, including sales floor, restrooms, and forecourt areas
• Stock shelves, coolers, and displays, ensuring products are rotated and well-presented
• Assist with receiving, checking, and organizing deliveries and backroom inventory
• Prepare and handle fresh food items in accordance with food safety and sanitation standards
• Monitor fuel pumps and forecourt area to ensure a safe, clean, and compliant environment
• Actively suggest add-on products and promotions to increase sales and enhance the customer experience
• Resolve basic customer concerns or escalate issues to shift leaders or managers as needed
• Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and loss prevention guidelines
• Collaborate with team members and support shift leaders to meet store performance goals
