Channel Account Manager - East Coast

This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and driven channel professional to take ownership of partner growth and sales success across the East Coast. As a key player in a fast-paced environment, you’ll be responsible for expanding the reseller channel, driving net-new revenue, and enabling high-impact partnerships through targeted go-to-market strategies. You’ll collaborate closely with internal sales teams while developing scalable, repeatable processes that deliver measurable business outcomes. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in ownership-driven roles and enjoys building from the ground up.
Accountabilities:
- Build and manage relationships with value-added reseller partners in the East Coast territory, owning the full reseller sales motion.
- Drive revenue and pipeline growth through joint go-to-market strategies and partner-sourced opportunities.
- Activate and enable partners through tailored training, planning, and co-selling activities.
- Collaborate with internal sales teams to align efforts and close partner-influenced deals.
- Monitor and report on partner pipeline health, sales forecasts, and performance metrics.
- Identify gaps in partner coverage and execute a recruitment strategy to onboard new, high-potential partners.
- Promote scalable, repeatable processes to ensure long-term success within the channel ecosystem.
Requirements
- Minimum 7 years of experience in partner or channel sales, preferably in a quota-carrying role with direct partner engagement.
- Proven track record of building and executing GTM strategies with value-added resellers.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to adapt messages to different audiences.
- Comfortable evangelizing technology within partner organizations and translating technical value into clear business impact.
- Skilled at cross-functional collaboration and relationship-building across internal and external teams.
- Results-oriented with a proactive, ownership-driven mindset and a high level of adaptability to fast-paced, high-growth environments.
