Data scientist

Yext, Inc. seeks Data Scientist in New York, NY:Job Duties: Work tightly with engineers and product managers to develop new Machine Learning features. Work on full-stack Data Science issues and provide solutions that are to be implemented to data science problems in a production environment including data cleanliness, performance, unexpected feedback loops, and concept drift. Articulate Data Science and machine learning concepts to different audiences in an impactful way including stakeholders in product management, sales, engineering, and services. Research technical issues underlying mathematics, code, and concepts when called for, but also while demonstrating great judgment and systems thinking about when to simplify, prioritize, and abstract when it's called for. Telecommuting and/or remote employment permitted. Salary: $147,000 to $169,050. Minimum Requirements: Master's degree, or foreign equivalent, in Computer Science, Data Science, or in a related field. Special Skill Requirements: 1. Statistical Analysis; 2. Machine Learning; 3. Natural Language Processing models and techniques; 4. Cloud Computing platforms - AWS; 5. Version control - Git; 6. Python Programming language; 7. Databases - MySQL; 8. Software Development; and 9. Technical Documentations, visualizations, and feature engineering.
