Your Role

As a Licensed Mental Health Therapist, you will be an integral part of an integrated care team, providing personalized counseling to members. Requirements

Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC), or a comparable clinical license
Must hold an unrestricted license in New York
3+ years of experience providing individual counseling
Skilled in offering a variety of counseling approaches to meet the needs of diverse populations
Dedicated to transforming behavioral healthcare and providing trusted care
Responsibilities

Provide high-quality virtual individual counseling to members
Develop personalized care plans, using innovative tools for goal-setting and tracking progress
Collaborate closely with multidisciplinary care teams to ensure comprehensive support for patients
Track and document patient progress and clinical outcomes accurately

The expected salary for this full-time position is $68,000 - $90,000 annually, with compensation based on your qualifications and experience. This range does not include additional production-based incentives, which directly reward clinical efforts. Further details will be provided during the interview process.
