Production Specialist (Finishing, Cutting & Packaging)

About the Role

We are a high-end B2B catering business specializing in French finger sandwiches. Because our product is sold as a luxury item to corporate clients, the final 10% of the process is the most important.

We are seeking a Production Specialist to focus exclusively on the "La Chaine" (the line) of finishing our sandwiches. You aren't just a cook, you are a precision technician. Your role begins once the sandwiches are assembled - you are responsible for the perfect cut, the flawless wrap, and the symmetrical placement of every brand sticker and box.

Key Responsibilities: The "La Chaine" Workflow

• Precision Cutting: Using specialized knives and guides to cut sandwiches into exact dimensions. Every edge must be clean, every angle must be 90 degrees, and there can be zero compression of the bread.

• The "Perfect Wrap": Hand-wrapping individual sandwiches or sets with clinical neatness. No wrinkles in the parchment/film, no loose ends.

• Branding & Labeling: Applying brand stickers with "surgical" symmetry. Every sticker must be in the exact same position on every box—alignment is paramount.

• Final Boxing: Arranging the finished sandwiches into their respective catering boxes according to the visual playbook. This is the "final reveal" for the client, and it must look like a jewelry display.

• Quality Gatekeeping: Acting as the final line of defense. If a sandwich isn't perfect, it doesn't get wrapped. If a box is smudged, it doesn't get sent.

Qualifications

• Extreme Manual Dexterity: You have steady hands and "soft touch" for handling delicate bread without leaving finger marks.

• Visual OCD: You are the type of person who notices if a picture frame is tilted by one degree. You naturally seek symmetry and order.

• Stamina for Repetition: You find "the zone" in repetitive tasks and maintain the same level of excellence on the 100th sandwich as you did on the 1st.

• Knife Mastery: Exceptional control over a knife for clean, straight, vertical cuts.

• Professionalism: Punctual, clean, and organized. You understand that in a luxury business, the packaging is as important as the food.
