Senior Scrum Master

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Scrum Master with strong API and integration project experience to lead Agile teams delivering scalable digital and enterprise integration solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Agile methodologies, API-driven architecture, and cross-functional team leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead and facilitate Agile/Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.

· Support teams working on API development, microservices, and system integrations.

· Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and stakeholders to ensure successful delivery of API-based solutions.

· Remove impediments and help teams stay focused on Sprint goals and delivery timelines.

· Monitor team performance, velocity, and Agile metrics to drive continuous improvement.

· Ensure alignment between business requirements and technical implementation for API and integration projects.

· Promote Agile best practices, transparency, and collaboration across teams.

· Coordinate with multiple teams to manage dependencies in complex integration environments.

Required Skills:

· 14+ years of experience as a Scrum Master or Agile Coach.

· Strong experience working with API development, RESTful services, and microservices architecture.

· Hands-on experience with Agile frameworks (Scrum, SAFe, Kanban).

· Experience using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, or Azure DevOps.

· Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

· Experience working with cross-functional distributed teams.

Preferred Skills:

· Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.

· Knowledge of DevOps, CI/CD pipelines, and API lifecycle management.

· Experience in financial services, healthcare, or enterprise integration projects.

· Certifications (Preferred):

· Certified Scrum Master (CSM), SAFe Scrum Master, or PMI-ACP.

Education:

· Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field.
