Door to Door Solar Appointment Setter

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Door to Door Solar Appointment Setter to join our growing team in Albany, New York Area. This role involves engaging with potential customers through direct outreach to schedule appointments for solar consultations. Responsibilities
- Knock on doors in designated neighborhoods and engage with homeowners to discuss the benefits of solar energy.
- Set appointments for solar consultations with interested homeowners.
- Maintain a positive and professional demeanor at all times while representing the company.
- Collect and record feedback from homeowners to improve outreach strategies.
- Work collaboratively with the sales team to ensure a smooth handoff of leads.
- Meet or exceed weekly appointment-setting targets and goals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; any additional education is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Self-motivated with a positive attitude and willingness to learn.
- Available to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.
