Associate Creative

We are looking for an Associate Creative to join our team in New York. As part of our creative team, you would concept and create striking visual campaigns as well as supporting the team in bringing social media, video content and event activations to life.

You would help concept and create original content and media activations that help brands tell their story through our lens and using a strong understanding of content creation, art direction, design, and articulating concepts within a deck.

YOUR MISSION:

• Creative concepts to content-marketing programs for brands across multi platform activations.

• Bringing your ideas to life through presentation decks and presenting these within the team

• Working together with the sales and creative team to ensure that client briefs are answered with innovative thinking and unique solutions

• Supporting the production department to ensure your vision is realized to the highest standards

• Collaborating with internal sales, strategy, production, activation teams across the company to deliver innovative thinking and unique solutions.

• Bringing your ideas to life through presentation decks and representing them in client meetings.

• Working with production and media teams to package and price proposal ideas.

• Project manage your own workload and be able to work with multiple sellers on multiple proposals at one time

YOUR SKILLS:

• Minimum 1-3 year of professional experience

• A strong sense of what Highsnobiety represents. You should be plugged in to popular culture with awareness of the what’s going on in fashion, music and other youth passion points

• Can-do attitude with an ability to embrace new challenges and ways of thinking

• Generate clear ideas and concepts in tandem with the strategy using audience, cultural and brand insights & research.

• Ability to pull visual references and moodboard

• Demonstrable graphic design skills and proficient use of Keynote, Photoshop, Illustrator or other visual design tools

• Passion for storytelling and understanding of content marketing

• Team player with excellent communication skills. Collaborating with the client and various teams within Highsnobiety.

• Very strong attention to detail

• Ability to communicate and express ideas clearly

The range is based on many factors including location, experience, and relevant skill set. In addition to salary and an employee benefits package, successful candidates will be eligible for variable pay.
