Customer Service / Lab Clerk
HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Customer Service / Lab Clerk to fill an opening with one of the largest healthcare and insurance companies in the US located in Lake Success NY 11042.
Daily Responsibilities for Customer Service / Lab Clerk:
- Resolve customer issues and complaints, providing accurate information and support services, processing orders, and maintaining detailed records of all interactions
- Can work Monday to Friday 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM (and some Saturdays)
Required Qualifications for Customer Service / Lab Clerk:
- Previous customer service experience
- Previous lab work would be preferred

Pay Details: $19.00 - $20.00 an hour
