About the Role:

Kelly Services is seeking Production Associate to join a fast-paced, innovative glass manufacturing team in Manchester, NY. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity with long-term potential. If you're hands-on, mechanically inclined, and eager to grow in a modern production environment—we want to hear from you!

Pay and Schedule:

Starting at $16+/hour (based on experience)

Monday – Friday

Start time: 6:00 AM or 7:00 AM

Shift length: 8–10 hours (overtime available)

Perk: Occasional early-out Fridays

Job Duties:

You may be responsible for:

Lifting and moving large glass panes with a team member

Preparing glass for shipping (using tabs and shrink-wrap)

Laminating and sealing glass units

Caulking aluminum-framed glass panels

Operating machinery in a production setting

What We’re Looking For:

Mechanically inclined and detail-oriented

Comfortable with physically active, hands-on work

Team player who thrives in fast-paced environments

Prior machine operation or manufacturing experience is a plus, not a must
