We are seeking a Food Expeditor to join our team! Food Expeditor will coordinate all order flow and communication between FOH and BOH team members.
Responsibilities:
- Maintain verbal communication with chefs and waitstaff
- Monitors quality of dishes and accuracy of orders
- Maintain a clean and organized work station
- Ensure takeout orders are correct and on time
- Assists staff where needed
Requirements:
- Prior experience as food expeditor or similar role
- Works well in a fast-paced, high stress environment
- Ability to prioritize and multitask
- Excellent verbal communication skills
- Can work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to work well with other team members
