We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Data Analyst to join our team. As a Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, analyzing, and interpreting large datasets to provide valuable insights and support decision-making across various departments in the company. You will work closely with our marketing, sales, and product teams to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Collect and analyze large datasets from various sources to identify trends, patterns, and insights

- Develop and maintain data models, databases, and dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and provide data-driven solutions

- Communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations

- Monitor data quality and integrity to ensure accuracy and consistency

- Identify and implement process improvements to optimize data collection and analysis

- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in data analysis and reporting

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Computer Science, or a related field

- 2+ years of experience in data analysis or a similar role

- Proficient in SQL and data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI)

- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R is a plus

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work independently and in a team environment

- High attention to detail and accuracy

- Familiarity with beauty and wellness industry is a plus
