Fractional Marketing specialist

Auxo Labs partners with early-stage companies to support their growth through thoughtful, well-executed marketing. We’re looking to connect with an experienced marketing specialist to support marketing execution and growth initiatives for a growing company.

This is a contract role for a marketer who brings depth in a core discipline and is comfortable working closely with founders and small teams.

About the Role

In this role, you’ll contribute to marketing efforts aligned to your strengths and the company’s priorities. You’ll step into a clearly defined scope with the context needed to be effective from day one.

Areas of Focus

This role may focus on one primary area, such as:

• Paid Media & Performance Marketing
  Meta, Google, LinkedIn, testing and optimization
• Copywriting & Messaging
  Ad copy, landing pages, lifecycle, positioning
• Email & Lifecycle Marketing
  Campaigns, flows, optimization
• Technical SEO & Content Performance
  Site structure, on-page optimization, growth-driven content
• Performance-Focused Design
  Ads, landing pages, conversion-oriented creative

What You’ll Do

Depending on focus area, you may:

• Execute marketing initiatives within your specialty
• Collaborate directly with founders or small teams
• Own defined deliverables and outcomes
• Operate independently within a clear scope
• Bring structure and follow-through to marketing work

What We’re Looking For

• 4–10+ years of experience in marketing or growth roles
• Depth in at least one of the areas listed above
• Experience working with early-stage or fast-growing companies
• Strong communication skills and sound judgment
• Ability to take ownership and execute with accountability
