Continua has built an AI agent platform that truly works for users - understanding their needs, maintaining memory, and taking initiative. Our first product , which demonstrates the platform's capabilities, creates personalized podcasts that preserve and amplify human attention . Led by our CEO (former Google Distinguished Engineer) and backed by top investors, our team of accomplished engineers from Google, Slack, and leading AI companies is rapidly expanding the platform's capabilities. We're actively pursuing several exciting directions, including real-time speech experiences, as we build toward our vision of AI agents that seamlessly enhance daily life.

We're seeking a Product Manager who's energized by our mission to revolutionize how people interact with information through always-on, deeply integrated AI agents. You'll help shape this vision into product-market fit while maintaining our fast-paced, experimental mindset.

What You'll Do

You'll have significant influence as you drive the tactical execution of our product roadmap, working within our established vision to rapidly experiment and validate with users. This means constantly testing with friends and family, talking to users every day, conducting user interviews, and refining features based on usage. You'll identify opportunities that meet users in their existing workflows while nudging them toward innovative experiences. You'll develop an intimate understanding of the competitive landscape by extensively testing other products. The space in which you will operate extends from refinements of existing products to wholly new areas.

You'll need to be comfortable getting hands-on with data and analysis - whether it's working with BigQuery, quickly proving out ideas in Colab notebooks, or setting up basic dashboards. You should be excited to validate hypotheses cheaply and quickly, even if it means hacking together a quick prototype yourself. You'll run experiments to validate product decisions rapidly and iterate based on data. In our startup environment, you'll also help with marketing initiatives and growth experiments.

Who You Are

You're a technically-minded PM with strong product intuition and strong work ethic. You're excited to move fast, try many approaches, and find features that resonate clearly with users. You're an excellent writer and articulate communicator who can clearly convey complex ideas. You have:

• A very strong startup mindset - thriving in ambiguity and choosing speed over process

• Obsession with finding product-market fit - relentlessly testing and iterating with users

• Experience shipping consumer products with demonstrated impact

• Experimental mindset and comfort with rapid iteration

• Deep curiosity about users and how products fit into their lives

• Active interest in AI/ML industry developments

• Self-starter mentality - you find and solve problems without being asked

• Technical foundation (SQL, Python, data analysis) and CS degree

Our interview process focuses on assessing your product intuition and vision alignment - how you think about our mission, where you see opportunities, and how you'd shape our ideas into features users love. We'll also evaluate your technical capabilities through SQL and data analysis exercises.
