LOCATION(S): Adult Learning Institute
QUALIFICATIONS : Instructor will have 3-5 years of practice in culinary field,
&nb sp; & nbsp; Preferred A.A.S degree in a culinary field.
tasks: The chosen candidate will teach the 98 hour hands-on course culinary course for students looking to develop their culinary expertise. The instructor will use a combination of hands-on, lecture, and other teaching strategies to build participant's expertise about basic culinary practices essential to earning an entry level position in the culinary field. The instructor will determine text, supplies/resources necessary to provide the instruction and practices the participants need to meet the course goals. Additionally, the instructor will complete necessary attendance and paperwork as required.
