Warehouse Associate

Randstad is seeking General Warehouse Associates to support the daily operations of a top-tier distribution facility. We are looking for "human forward" professionals who take pride in their work and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
salary: $18 - $20 per hourshift: First
work hours: 8 AM - 4 PM
education: High School Responsibilities Your Day-to-Day Impact
- Inbound & Outbound Logistics: Manage the rapid loading and unloading of commercial trailers and trucks.
- Order Fulfillment: Accurately pick, pack, and label products to ensure they are ready for on-time shipping.
- Inventory Management: Utilize hand-held scanners and digital logs to maintain 100% accountability of all stock.
- Facility Maintenance: Help maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace to optimize production flow.
- Material Handling: Safely operate manual and mechanical equipment, such as pallet jacks and carts, to move inventory.
- Experience: Previous background in a warehouse, production line, or fast-paced retail environment is highly preferred.
- Physical Capability: Ability to stand for long periods and safely perform heavy lifting as required for freight movement.
- Technical Literacy: Basic computer skills and the ability to read and follow written work orders or "travelers".
- Soft Skills: Time management, a focus on workplace safety, and a cooperative team-player attitude.
- Education: High School Diploma or GED.
