Job responsibilities:

  • Support the development of curated "roadshow" materials for socialization and alignment of strategy, plans, and results to stakeholders and leadership.
  • Partner with internal Brand, Media, and Insights teams, as well as external vendors and agencies, to develop creative content and assets, inclusive of story sourcing, pre-production, production, and post-production support, to deliver integrated local marketing campaigns.
  • Support content development and management of local market webpages on JPMorgan Chase.com.
  • Assist with trafficking creative content and assets to launch within paid and owned channels.
  • Manage holistic timelines, meeting cadences, Legal and Compliance review, asset cataloging, and other operational needs.
  • Support campaign measurement efforts by packaging results, incorporating learnings, and socializing performance to stakeholders across the firm.
  • Think creatively and strategically to find solutions to scale our efforts and operations more efficiently.
  • Demonstrate a risk and control mindset, ensuring adherence to firmwide and FIMC processes.

Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • 3+ years of experience supporting a team within the marketing field.
  • Experience in Impact/Brand Reputation marketing, B2G marketing, public affairs, or other similar focus areas.
  • Familiarity with the creative development process, with working knowledge of marketing channel-specific creative strategies and solutions across video, social, digital, sponsorship, and experiential activations.
  • Experience working with strategy, creative, and media agencies and/or vendors.
  • Past exposure to Legal and Compliance reviews and approvals.
  • Well-developed organizational skills to manage multiple projects and priorities. Must be self-directed, proactive, high energy, detail- and results-oriented.
  • Experience working cross-functionally, collaborating with team members and partners across business and staff areas at all levels.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including the ability to adjust communication and style based on different audiences and agendas.
  • A track record demonstrating personal initiative, setting and achieving challenging goals, anticipating needs, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset.
  • Have a working understanding of the multiple verticals within marketing and the lifecycle of a campaign.
