Reservationist

Serving traditional French fare with a newly invigorated soul, the restaurant’s classic curved zinc bar, outfitted with signature subway tiles, vintage mirrors, mosaic-tiled floor, and gold-tinged lighting, evokes nostalgia. Offering breakfast, weekend brunch, lunch, and dinner, guests can enjoy gathering at any time of day — or visit us at Pastis Miami, Washington, D.C., Nashville, and soon, West Palm Beach. This part-time position offers a comprehensive package including:

- A minimum 1 year of Host or Reservations experience in a restaurant or hotel
- Have worked with Resy, OpenTable and/or similar reservation systems
- Experience in high volume restaurant is highly preferred
- A genuine nature; able to comfortably engage in natural dialogue
- The ability to speak clearly and articulately on the telephone, providing information and answering questions for callers, while focusing on etiquette and conveying a sense of calm
