Coordinator-Line Lead

Job Description:
What You'll Be Doing: As our Production Line Leader, you'll oversee day-to-day operations across the filling and packaging line. You'll train, guide, encourage, and work with your team to keep quality high, schedules on track, and production standards sharp. Key responsibilities: Lead production employees to meet shift goals with consistency and quality Train team members on SOPs, WIs, good housekeeping, and safety protocols Track scrap with precision and make sure it's disposed of correctly and properly Record production documentation and finished goods in SAP Perform ongoing quality checks, appearance, torque, and weight Coordinate closely with cross-functional departments on projects and changeovers Jump into investigations of failures or deviations and help uncover starting causes Keep your line and your crew tidy, compliant, and always ready Promote safety and lead by example in adherence to OSHA, GMP, and company policies Be a strong communicator and a trusted team leader across your shifts Basic Computer skill are required
