Job Description

The Office of the CSO at Oracle is seeking a highly talented and motivated Director of Program Management to lead and develop a team of Technical Program Managers (TPMs) executing strategic, organization-wide technical security and business initiatives. As a senior leader, you will deliver holistic business operations and program management services supporting cybersecurity across all of Oracle and Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This role requires strong partnership with security leadership and deep collaboration with OCI, engineering, compliance, and business operations teams to drive transformative security programs that enhance Oracle's global security posture.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and Inspire High-Performing Teams: Provide visionary leadership and mentorship to technical program managers, empowering them to deliver multiple, large-scale global cybersecurity initiatives that align with business strategy and maximize organizational impact.

  • Drive Results through Team Accountability: Set clear objectives and foster a results-oriented culture, ensuring teams utilize optimal resources and deliver programs on time, while continuously prioritizing high-impact security projects.

  • Develop and Scale a Culture of Excellence: Champion a collaborative, innovative, and agile environment that encourages continuous learning, critical thinking, and the professional growth of each team member.

  • Promote Outcome-Focused Metrics & Performance Management: Guide teams in establishing and evolving value-driven metrics and KPIs; nurture a culture of transparency and continuous improvement through regular, actionable performance reviews and business impact reporting.

  • Lead Process Transformation & Optimization: Inspire teams to architect, implement, and optimize scalable, secure business processes-leveraging automation and best practices to drive efficiency, standardization, and regulatory compliance.

  • Champion Advanced Analytics & Insights: Coach teams to harness advanced analytics and visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Excel, Python), enabling the extraction of actionable insights from complex datasets and informing proactive leadership action.

  • Model Executive Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate robust relationships with cross-functional leaders and executive stakeholders, and enable teams to advocate for cybersecurity priorities that align with Oracle's strategic objectives.

  • Guide Executive-Level Reporting & Presentations: Oversee preparation and delivery of impactful reports, dashboards, and presentations, equipping teams to communicate strategic insights and recommendations to executive audiences.

  • Drive Continuous Improvement & Organizational Agility: Foster organizational agility by leading teams in adopting iterative processes, embracing change, and quickly adapting to evolving business and security landscapes.

  • Institutionalize Knowledge Management & Enablement: Promote the creation and sharing of documentation, best practice templates, and process artifacts, enabling a sustainable culture of learning and organizational memory.

Range and benefit information provided in this posting are specific to the stated locations only

US: Hiring Range in USD from: $139,400 to $291,800 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Oracle maintains broad salary ranges for its roles in order to account for variations in knowledge, skills, experience, market conditions and locations, as well as reflect Oracle's differing products, industries and lines of business.

Candidates are typically placed into the range based on the preceding factors as well as internal peer equity.

Paid time off: Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave: 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
