Quality Inspector

Job Title: Quality Inspector The Opportunity We are looking for a detail-oriented Quality Inspector with a "detective’s eye" to join our team. In this role, you aren't just checking boxes; you are the final line of defense for our reputation. You will ensure that every product leaving our facility meets our rigorous standards and, more importantly, exceeds our customers' expectations. Key Responsibilities Inspections: Perform detailed visual and tactile inspections of raw materials, in-process components, and finished goods. Measurement: Use precision tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions against blueprints and technical specifications. Documentation: Maintain accurate digital logs of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions. Process Improvement: Identify recurring defects and collaborate with the production team to root out the cause. Compliance: Ensure all processes adhere to ISO standards and internal safety protocols. What You Bring to the Table Experience: 2+ years in quality control or a similar manufacturing/production environment. Technical Literacy: Ability to read and interpret blue prints, schematics, and GD&T (Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing). Sharp Eye: High level of attention to detail—you notice the things others miss. Communication: Ability to provide constructive feedback to the production team without being "the bad guy." Tech Savvy: Comfortable using ERP software or digital inventory systems for reporting. Physical Requirements & Environment
