Overview
We are an established fence company in WNY looking to expand our crew. We are seeking a skilled individual to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for staging materials or installing fence, ensuring high-quality workmanship and customer satisfaction. This role requires attention to detail, technical skills, and the ability to work as part of a team. If you have a passion for hands-on work and take pride in delivering exceptional results, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Install products according to specifications and company standards.
- Follow directions under the guidance of a foreman.
- Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
- Communicate effectively with our team.
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during the installation process.
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
Experience
- Previous experience as a laborer/installer or in a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
- Ability to work with hand tools and power tools safely and effectively.
- Excellent communication skills for interacting with team members.
- A valid driver's license.
- Familiarity with safety regulations in the installation industry.
